| Hayley, Bath: I loved it. The first time I read it, I did so in just two days! The use of the dream sequences from both Rose and Jack are fantastic and I really got caught up in the action. Every chapter was left with such a cliffhanger I was constantly thinking "I will just read one more chapter before I go to sleep".....there was such unpredictability throughout the book that I kept feeling momentarily shocked before thinking "yeah, that makes sense". I think the book would appeal to adults and the 12-16 age bracket and the fantasy in the storyline, mingled with the relationships and life battles of the characters make for gripping reading. |
