Freezing!
This was taken on our second (but first full) day in New York. A very nice New-Yorker took this picture for us. It was the coldest I have ever been and was shivering so much that I actually shook! But it was a brilliant time nonetheless. |

Gave my regards...
...to Broadway! We watched a show whilst we were here (of course) but not one of the most known in the UK - The Adams Family. Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth starred as Gomez and Morticia Adams and it was a superbly performed and brilliantly staged show. Music, singing, dancing and puppetry too. Well worth a visit. |

Zero visibilty!
This was the view from the Rockefeller centre. As it was snowing we were told 'zero visibilty folks!' But it was our last day so we went up anyway and: wow! We went up with another British couple on their last day too and the four of us were the only ones up there! we outnumbered the staff! |

Snow day 2
It snowed for two of the four days we were in New York but we didn't mind so much. The weather meant it was not so busy either on the streets or at the tourist attractions and it really was beautiful in the snow. |
